The scope of this notice

This notice describes the current website preview. A production privacy notice identifying the operator, contact details, purposes, lawful bases, recipients and retention periods must be completed before live enquiries or participant assessments are collected.

The form lets you explore the proposed application journey. Details entered in its fields remain in the page for the demonstration. Selecting “Preview your request” runs local validation; it does not send an application, email or network request to The Race Within.

The website code does not write those details to a database, cookies or browser storage. Your browser may independently retain form values through its own autofill or session-restore features. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive information in this preview.

Website delivery and private access

Opening a website requires information such as a network address and the requested page to reach its hosting infrastructure. The private hosting and sign-in platform may also process access and security information under its own arrangements.

The platform’s cookie inventory, processing roles and retention details have not been independently verified as part of this preview. These must be checked when the production privacy notice is finalised.

Analytics, marketing and profiling

The supplied website code contains no advertising pixels, analytics tags, marketing forms, social embeds or automated applicant scoring. It does not send application entries to a customer-management service.

Future collection of enquiries, marketing subscriptions or assessment information will need a clear notice and an appropriate lawful basis before it begins.

Privacy questions and rights

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the processing and its legal basis. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it, and concerns may be raised with the relevant data-protection authority.
